Podcasting is putting on the internet an audio file in order to be available to anybody. We advice you to subscribe so as soon as their is a new file, you will be updated immediately!!
How do you do it?
We advice you to download the itunes 7 FREE program found at: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download
Once the program is downloaded and it is open, go the left hand side and look for Podcasts. On the top layer of the program there should be Advanced. Click until you find subscribe to podcast. Enter the url found below

Alternatively you can use Explorer 7 or Firefox 2 where it automatically makes you listen to the audio file and keep you updated whenever there is a new file.
